GENERAL SERVICES OFFERED BY SUNDARI SPLENDOUR LTD
1. CONCEPT - PROPOSAL AND ESTABLISHMENT:
discussions / meetings with the beneficiary about
· aesthetics, functionality, safety, ergonomic flow,
· styles, themes, colors on color palette,
· presentation of material samples,
· making sketches, photos, mood-boards,
to establish the design concept
2.PURCHASING CONSULTANCY:
recommendation of suppliers, manufacturers and distributors contacts for all categories of materials and objects necessary for interior design:
· furniture,
· lighting fixtures,
· finishes / materials,
· decorative objects
3. DESIGN - PROJECT ELABORATION:
· survey plan (made by the designer to have the safety of design on a real and correct in terms of dimensions)
· 3D simulations of interior spaces
· a maximum of 3 different images / angles will be made for each simulated interior space
· 3D simulations are performed with furniture, lighting fixtures and interior decoration objects from the Designer's bookstores that comply as closely as possible or are identical to the final objects to be purchased
· all the finishes from the 3D simulations will be the real ones from the project (painters, ceramic tiles, parquet, special plywood - wood, metal, stone, glass, wallpaper, etc.)
4. DETAILS - TECHNICAL DESIGN:
· general furniture plan
· ceilings plan (false ceilings, light fixtures)
· sockets outlet plan
· lighting plan (positions of lighting fixtures and their types, switching positions)
· sanitary plan (details and installation quotas for sanitary objects)
· demolition plans (where applicable)
· compartmental plans
· views / elevations of the walls with special finishes (wallpaper, ceramic tiles, wood, stone, glass, etc. and areas with special execution details, etc.)
· stereotomy for floor finishes (arrangement and design of sandstone tiles, faience, stone, wood, etc., installation starting points, special details, joint joints, floor profiles, etc.)
5. CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE DESIGN:
· Detailed technical drawings with each custom-made piece of furniture
6. ARCHITECTURAL MEASUREMENTS:
· estimate / quote of material quantities and finishes, budget management
7. PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION SUPERVISION:
· site monitoring to verify compliance with the execution of works
